3 Briefcases Men Can Proudly Carry

Last week we gave women three fashionable rolling briefcase options, so this week we're focusing on personal productivity for the men.

Ogio

Ogio produces a robust line of sturdy work bags including fashionable messenger bags and backpacks. Ranging in size to fit laptops from 15" to 17", they're a good match for men with full-size laptops and who need to carry more. Users report a seemingly unending capacity, but they cinch up nicely when not in full use. The following video goes inside one of their messenger bags.

Belkin

You may recognize the Belkin name because they produce iPod, iPhone and other computer accessories. Their roots are apparent in their design, as they house accessories better than most. Their line include messenger bags as well as backpacks. They don't include separate protection for laptops, making it a good choice for someone who already owns a laptop glove, or for the commuter who doesn't get bumped around. The next video illustrates their backpack...after a brief commercial we couldn't cut.

SCOTTEVESTS

SCOTTEVESTS is a company born out of the desire to carry gadgets while traveling without resorting to a man purse. They've got an impressive line of shirts, pants and accessories. You'll see their popoular vest featured in the following video, as well as their iPad-toting sport coat. The careful construction of their items make for a handsome fit for men who make frequent day trips and need to carry gadgets and their corresponding cords. If you have to carry a lot of paper, you'll need a companion to your hard-working clothing.

Thanks to these three men for inspriging this post: Chicago ad guy Bill Tourlas, management consultant Dean Fraser & entrepreneur Peter Shankman. What can you contribute to the conversation? What laptop bags do you use to get organized?
